摘 要:姜作为国家卫生部公布的药食同源食材之一,对药物和食物的制作有一定上的辅助和提鲜作用,在中医和民族医药中用药历史悠久,且治疗疾病上起着十分重要的作用。在藏医的各大方剂中姜是最常见的一种主药或辅药,在藏医药中姜可分为很多种,种类辨认上也存在一定的分歧和不一。本文主要以干姜和高良姜为研究对象,通过查阅历代本草,医集等文献研究法概述干姜和高良姜在来源,功效、用药价值和规律等方面的进行研究。旨在为今后入药过程中的安全性、合理性提供一定的参考依据。As one of the homologousingredients of medicine and food published by the Ministry of Health,ginger has a certain auxiliary and freshening effect on the production of medicine and food.It has a long history of drug use in traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine,and plays a very important role in the treatment of diseases.Ginger is one of the most common prescriptions in Zang medicine.Ginger can be divided into many kinds in Zang medicine,and there are still some differences and differences in the identification of the kinds.This paper mainly focuses on dried ginger and galangal,and summarizes the sources,efficacy,drug value and rules of dried ginger and galangal by referring to the herbs and medical literature of the past dynasties.In order to provide a certain reference for the safety and rationality of the drug in the future.
