摘　　要：苗医弩药针疗法是苗族医学中广泛用于治疗疾病的传统外治法之一,是苗医药物治疗和针刺类治法的结合,独具苗医民族特色,具有清热解毒,刺激生灵能,补充惠气等作用。文章主要从苗医药理论总结熊芳丽教授论治下肢动脉闭塞症术后临证经验,为临床治疗下肢动脉闭塞症术后提供新思路、新方法,并附其运用苗医弩药针疗法治疗下肢动脉闭塞症术后验案2例。Miao medicine crossbow medicine acupuncture therapy is one of the traditional external treatment methods widely used in Miao medicine to treat diseases,and it is the perfect combination of Miao medicine treatment and acupuncture treatment,which has the unique national characteristics of Miao medicine,and has the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying,stimulating life energy,and replenishing Huiqi.This paper mainly summarizes Professor Xiong Fangli's clinical experience in the treatment of lower limb arterial occlusion disease from the theory of Miao medicine,provides new ideas and new methods for the clinical treatment of lower limb arteriosus occlusion after surgery,and attaches the postoperative examination of 2 cases of lower limb arterial occlusion disease using Miao Yi's crossbow medicine acupuncture therapy.
