从“寒入血室”论治慢性盆腔炎

摘　　要：慢性盆腔炎是育龄女性最常见的妇科疾病之一,病情顽固,极易出现反复发作的情况,严重威胁女性身心健康。周惠芳教授对本病的治疗有着丰富的临床经验,提出“寒入血室”是慢性盆腔炎反复发作的病因病机之一,常用补肾化瘀法治疗,效果满意。Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is one of the most common gynecological diseases in women of childbearing age.The disease is stubborn and prone to repeated attacks,which seriously threatens the physical and mental health of women.Professor Zhou Huifang has rich clinical experience in the treatment of this disease,put forward that“cold into the blood room”is one of the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease repeated,commonly used in the treatment of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis,and get satisfactory effect.
