基于数据挖掘探讨古代治疗腹痛的方药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘的方法,探索古代治疗腹痛的常用药物以及组方规律。方法:通过《中华医典》收集古代治疗腹痛的方剂,运用Excel 2019进行用药频次以及药物的四气、五味、归经频次分析,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0的Apriori算法对高频药物进行关联规则分析并作出关联网络图,运用SPSS Statistics 24.0对高频药物进行系统聚类分析。结果:筛选有效方剂共429首,涉及药物239味,共有甘草、肉桂、干姜、当归、木香等55味高频用药,排在前三位的四气、五味和归经分别是温、平、热,辛、苦、甘和脾、胃、肝,总结了18个药对药组关联结果以及10个核心药物聚类组合。结论:古人治疗腹痛以辛温、辛热之药温中散寒止痛为主;以苦温、辛温之药理气活血、疏调气机为常;兼以甘温、甘平之药温中补虚、缓急止痛;辨证选用苦寒之药泻火清热、泄下攻积。Objective Based on data mining method,to explore the commonly used drugs and prescription rules of abdominal pain in ancient times.Methods Collect ancient prescriptions for the treatment of abdominal pain through The Chinese Medical Classics,use Excel 2019 to analyze the medication frequency and the four qi,five flavor and meridian frequency of the drugs,use SPSS Modeler 18.0 Apriori algorithm to analyze the association rules of high-frequency drugs and make the association network diagram.SPSS Statistics 24.0 was used for systematic cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs.Results The effective screening,429 prescriptions,239 flavour involving drugs,a total of licorice,cinnamon,dried ginger,angelica,radix aucklandiae 55 flavour such as high frequency,the top three four,five and return by respectively is warm,flat,hot,sheen,bitter,sweet,spleen,stomach,liver,18 medicine medicine group related results are summarized and 10 core clustering combination drugs.Conclusion The ancients mainly treated abdominal pain with xinwen and xinheat medicines.To bitter temperature,xinwen pharmacological qi huoxue,regulating qi machine is often;And to warm,ganping medicine warm tonic deficiency,acute pain relief;The medicine for relieving fire and clearing heat was selected based on syndrome differentiation.
