摘　　要：目的探究同源框基因A1(HOXA1)表达与卵巢癌(OC)患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法选取2016年11月至2017年11月乐山市妇幼保健院收治的112例进行手术治疗的OC患者作为研究对象。收集术中切除的OC组织(OC组)及癌旁组织(对照组),实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)检测HOXA1在OC组织、癌旁组织中的表达水平;采用免疫组化染色法检测OC患者组织中HOXA1的表达情况;经过5年随访,分析OC患者术后生存情况与HOXA1表达的关系;采用COX回归分析预后不良的因素。结果与对照组相比,OC组HOXA1的表达水平显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,OC组HOXA1阳性表达率显著升高(P<0.05)。HOXA1的表达水平与OC患者的肿瘤大小、肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移、国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期有关(P<0.05)。HOXA1阳性表达组术后5年生存率低于阴性表达组(P<0.001)。淋巴结转移、HOXA1表达水平是影响OC患者术后预后不良的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论HOXA1在OC组织中的阳性表达率显著升高,与OC患者临床特征及术后5年生存情况具有一定的联系。Objective To explore the relationship between homeobox gene A1(HOXA1)expression and the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in patients with ovarian cancer(OC)patients.Methods A total of 112 OC patients with underwent surgical treatment in Leshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the study objects.Intraoperative excision OC tissue(OC group)and paracancer tissue(control group)were collected.The expression of HOXA1 in OC tissues and paracancer tissues was detected by quantitative real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The expression of HOXA1 in OC patients was detected by immunohistochemical staining.After 5 years of follow-up,the relationship between postoperative survival and HOXA1 expression in OC patients was analyzed.The factors of poor prognosis were analyzed by COX regression.Results Compared with the control group,the expression level of HOXA1 in OC group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the HOXA1 positive expression rate in OC group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The expression level of HOXA1 was correlated with tumor size,tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis,and international federation of gynecology and obstetrics(FIGO)staging in OC patients(P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate of HOXA1 positive expression group was lower than that of the negative expression group(P<0.001).Lymph node metastasis and HOXA1 expression level were risk factors for poor prognosis of OC patients(P<0.05).Conclusions The positive expression rate of HOXA1 in OC tissues was significantly increased,which was associated with the clinical characteristics and 5-year survival of OC patients.
