摘  要:目的:通过有限元软件构建C2~C7正常颈椎模型并验证其有效性,用于颈椎疾患的生物力学研究.方法:将1名24岁健康男性志愿者的CT数据,使用Mimics 21.0软件完成C2~C7骨性椎体模型的提取,通过Geomagic Wrap 2017对椎体模型进行网格划分,并对皮质骨和松质骨拟合曲面等进行光滑处理,在Solidworks 2017软件中添加关节软骨、椎体终板、纤维环、髓核并对其赋值,最后在ANSYS Workbench 17.0软件中赋予材料属性并验证有效性.结果:成功构建了正常C2~C7颈椎模型,此模型共包含891461个节点和566358个单元,模型外观逼真,前后、左右、旋转6个方向活动度与既往实验结果数据无显著差异,只有左右屈曲状态下C4~C5和C6~C7的活动度略有差异.结论:本研究建立的C2~C7颈椎正常模型符合有限元分析几何相似性和力学相似性要求,可用于颈椎生物力学分析.Objective The C2-C7 normal cervical spine model was constructed by finite element software and its validity was verified for the biomechanical study of cervical spine diseases.Methods CT data of a 24-year-old healthy male volunteer was extracted from C2-C7 bony vertebral body model using Mimics 21.0 software.The vertebral body model was mesh-divided and processed with the fitting surfaces of cortical bone and cancellous bone using Geomagic Wrap 2017.Articular cartilage,vertebral endplate,annulus fibrosus,and nucleus pulposus were added and assigned to Solidworks 2017 software.Finally,material properties were assigned and validated in ANSYS Workbench 17.0 software.Results A normal C2-C7 cervical spine model was successfully constructed,which included 891461 nodes and 566358 units.The model was realistic in appearance,and the six directions of motion in front and back,left and right,and rotation showed no significant differences from previous experimental data,except for the slight differences in the motion of C4-C5 and C6-C7 in the state of left and right flexion.Conclusions The C2-C7 cervical normal model established in this study meets the geometric and mechanical similarity requirements of finite element analysis,and can be used for cervical biomechanical analysis.
