腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析淮安市洪泽区妇幼保健院2019年1月至2023年5月收治的50例子宫肌瘤手术患者的临床资料,依据不同的手术方案分为对照组(n=24,传统开腹子宫切除术)、研究组(n=26,腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切除术),比较两组的手术相关指标、性激素水平及术后并发症。结果研究组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后疼痛评分低于对照组,术后首次肛门排气时间、术后首次下床时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后研究组促卵泡激素、黄体生成素低于对照组,雌二醇高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组并发症总发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切术治疗子宫肌瘤临床效果较好,可促进术后恢复,对卵巢功能的影响较小,降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine myoma.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with uterine myoma admitted to Huai’an Hongze District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical plans,they were divided into the control group(n=24,traditional abdominal hysterectomy)and the study group(n=26,laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy).The operation related indicators,sex hormone levels,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the postoperative pain score was lower than that of the control group,the first postoperative anal exhaust time,the first postoperative ambulation time,and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and estradiol was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total incidence of complications in the study group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy assisted vaginal hysterectomy has good clinical effect in the treatment of uteri ne myoma,which can promote postoperative recovery,have little effect on ovarian function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
