摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期快速康复护理在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月在上海市杨浦区市东医院普外一科进行手术治疗的78例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组采用围手术期快速康复护理,比较两组术后疼痛程度(VAS)、术后康复情况(肩关节活动度)、并发症发生情况及营养状态。结果观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肩关节内收、外展、前屈及后伸活动度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后血红蛋白、血清总蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期快速康复护理在乳腺癌手术患者中应用,能够缓解术后疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率,改善患侧肩关节活动度,促进机体营养恢复。Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 78 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatm ent in The First Department of General Surgery,Yangpu District Shidong Hospital in Shanghai City from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group was given perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing.The postoperative pain degree(VAS),postoperative rehabilitation(range of motion of shoulder joint),complications and nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The range of motion of shoulder adduction,abduction,forward flexion and back extension in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin and serum total protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with breast cancer surgery can relieve postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the range of motion of the shoulder joint,and promote the nutritional recovery of the body.
