中药封包联合电磁波治疗仪在腹部外科手术后促进肠功能恢复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药封包联合电磁波治疗仪在腹部外科手术后促进肠功能恢复中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月至2022年12月赣州市肿瘤医院收治的90例行腹部外科手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)与观察组(45例),对照组采用中药封包干预,观察组采用中药封包联合电磁波治疗仪干预,比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复情况、腹胀严重程度、住院时间、住院费用及满意度。结果观察组首次排气、肠鸣音恢复及排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者肠粘连发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组腹胀严重程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均住院时间短于对照组,平均住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度(95.56%)高于对照组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药封包联合电磁波治疗仪可有效改善患者胃肠功能,恢复其营养状况,减轻腹胀症状,减少肠粘连发生,提高满意度,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with electromagnetic wave therapy instrument in promoting intestinal function recovery after abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing abdominal surgery admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation intervention,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation intervention combined with electromagnetic wave therapy instrument.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,severity of abdominal distension,length of hospital stay,hospitalization cost and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust,bowel sound recovery and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of intestinal adhesion between the two groups(P>0.05).The severity of abdominal distension in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average hospital stay of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the average hospitalization cost was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation group(95.56%)was higher than that of control group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with electromagnetic wave therapy instrument can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of patients,restore their nutritional status,reduce the symptoms of abdominal distension,reduce the occurrence of intestinal adhesion,and improve satisfaction.
