摘　　要：目的通过西城区社区卫生服务机构区域性处方点评,发现北京市社区处方点评系统筛查与人工点评之间的差异,统一点评尺度和规则,为社区卫生服务机构处方点评提供参考。方法随机抽取2022年1—9月北京市西城区15家社区卫生服务机构中成药和西药处方,采用系统筛查和人工点评相结合的方式进行点评,并对点评结果进行统计分析。结果西城区15家社区卫生服务机构共上传99799张,处方点评系统筛查出问题处方1597张,处方问题1734条,分别占上传处方数1.60%、1.74%。人工完成处方点评总数22500张,点评出不合理处方3804张,处方问题3908条,分别占点评处方数的16.91%、7.37%。结论发现北京市社区处方点评系统与人工点评的结果差异,借助医联体医院药学专家的实践经验,统一区域内处方点评尺度与规则,提高基层合理用药水平。Objective Through the regional prescription evaluation of community health service institutions in Xicheng District,to discover the differences between the screening and manual evaluation of the Beijing community prescription evaluation system,unify the evaluation scale and rules,and provide reference for the prescription evaluation of community health service institutions.Methods The prescriptions of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations and western medicine in 15 community health service institutions in Xicheng District,Beijing from January to September 2022 were randomly selected,and the results were statistically analyzed by combining systematic screening with manual evaluation.Results A total of 99799 prescriptions were uploaded by 15 community health service institutions in Xicheng District.The prescription review system screened 1597 problematic prescriptions and 1734 prescription problems,accounting for 1.60% and 1.74% of the uploaded prescriptions,respectively.The total number of manually completed prescription reviews was 22500,with 3804 unreasonable prescriptions identified and 3908 prescription issues,accounting for 16.91% and 7.37% of the total reviewed prescriptions,respectively.Conclusion The difference in the results between the Beijing community prescription evaluation system and manual evaluation was found.With the practical experience of pharmaceutical experts from medical consortia hospitals,the scale and rules of prescription evaluation within the region were unified to improve the level of rational drug use at the grassroots level.
