摘　　要：目的探析耳穴压豆联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒在心脏瓣膜置换术后腹胀患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至6月于南昌大学第二附属医院心脏大血管外科100例行瓣膜置换术后腹胀患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组接受多潘立酮常规干预,观察组加用耳穴压豆联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒干预,两组均干预1周。比较两组的护理效果、胃肠道症状消失时间(排气时间、排便时间以及肠胀气消失时间)以及安全性。结果观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后首次排气、排便时间以及肠胀气消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒在心脏瓣膜置换术后腹胀患者中应用价值良好,可有效缩短患者术后排气时间、排便时间以及肠胀气消失时间,安全性尚可。Objective To explore the effect of ear point pressing beans combined with Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines,Live in patients with abdominal distension after heart valve replacement.Methods From January to June 2022,100 patients with abdominal distension after valve replacement in Department of Cardiac Vascular Surgery in the the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the research objects.According to the random number method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment of Domperidone,and the observation group was additionally treated with ear point pressing beans combined with Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines,Live,both groups were treated for 1 week.The nursing effect,gastrointestinal symptom resolution time(exhaust time,defecation time,and flatulence time)and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of first postoperative exhaust,defecation and intestinal flatulence in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ear point pressing bean combined with Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines,Live has good application value in patients with abdominal distension after heart valve replacement,which can effectively shorten the time for patients to exhaust and defecate after operation,and is safe.
