前列腺液免疫球蛋白测定对慢性前列腺炎的诊断价值评价

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性前列腺炎应用前列腺液免疫球蛋白测定的诊断价值。方法选择300例慢性前列腺炎患者(观察组)与接待的100例健康体检者(对照组)进行研究,两组均接受前列腺液免疫球蛋白测定[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]。比较两组测定结果,观察组不同病理分型(Ⅱ型、ⅢA型、ⅢB型)、不同病情程度(轻度、中度、重度)患者的测定结果。结果观察组IgA、IgM、IgG分别为(2.96±0.41)、(2.92±0.38)、(9.04±2.02)g/L,均高于对照组的(0.48±0.14)、(0.38±0.11)、(2.39±0.30)g/L(P<0.05);观察组Ⅱ型、ⅢA型、ⅢB型的IgA、IgM、IgG对比无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组不同病情程度IgA、IgM、IgG比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着病情加重,观察组前列腺液免疫球蛋白水平随之升高(P<0.05)。结论慢性前列腺炎患者与健康体检者比较,有明显的前列腺液免疫球蛋白含量升高现象,且不同病情程度患者存在明显差异,病情越严重,则前列腺液免疫球蛋白水平越高。为此临床可加强慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液免疫球蛋白测定,不仅对诊断有指导作用,而且还可判断病情严重程度。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of prostatic fluid immunoglobulin measurements in chronic prostatitis.Methods A total of 300 patients with chronic prostatitis(observation group)and 100 healthy subjects(control group)were selected for the study.Both groups received prostatic fluid immunoglobulin measurement[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG)].Comparison was made on measurement results of two groups,and the measurement results of patients with different pathological subtypes(typeⅡ,typeⅢA,typeⅢB),and different disease severity(mild,moderate,and severe)in the observation group.Results The levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were(2.96±0.41),(2.92±0.38)and(9.04±2.02)g/L,which were higher than(0.48±0.14),(0.38±0.11)and(2.39±0.30)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in IgA,IgM and IgG in patients with typeⅡ,typeⅢA and typeⅢB in the observation group(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in IgA,IgM and IgG among patients with different disease severity in the observation group(P<0.05).With the aggravation of the disease,the level of prostatic fluid immunoglobulin in the observation group was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with healthy subjects,patients with chronic prostatitis have obvious elevated prostatic fluid immunoglobulin content,and there are obvious differences in patients with different disease severity.The more serious the disease,the higher the level of prostatic fluid immunoglobulin.Therefore,the determination of prostatic fluid immunoglobulin in patients with chronic prostatitis can be strengthened clinically,which not only has a guiding effect on diagnosis,but also can judge the severity of the disease.
