摘 要:随着“碳达峰”和“碳中和”目标的提出,国家大力发展水电、风电、光伏等新型清洁能源,随之而来的就是火电机组的频繁深度调峰的运行工况,SCR脱硝系统氨逃逸的上升,进而导致回转式空气预热器的堵灰问题越来越突出,压差升高、排烟温度上升、换热效率下降、风机运行功耗上升等一系列问题,造成较大的经济损失和安全隐患。为保证锅炉在频繁深度调峰的工况下仍能的正常稳定、安全的运行,空气预热器防堵塞问题迫在眉睫。风量分切防堵灰技术作为一种针对性解决回转式空气预热器堵灰的全新技术,对空预器内部进行改造,使部分的热空气通过风道循环至冷端,对冷端的蓄热元件进行加热,能够有效的防止稀硫酸的结露、去除硫酸氢铵的效果,结合实际项目上的应用,通过对运行数据的分析,改造后,空气预热器的阻力显著降低,减少了三大风机的电耗。因此,该技术不仅解决了当前回转式空气预热器的堵灰问题,提高了机组运行的稳定性、安全性,同时提高了锅炉的效率,节能降耗的效果显著。With the proposal of“carbon peaking”and“carbon neutrality”,the country vigorously develops new clean energy such as hydropower,wind power and photovoltaic,which is followed by the frequent and deep peaking operation conditions of thermal power units,and the rise of ammonia escape in SCR denitration system,which leads to the ash blocking problem of rotary air preheater.A series of problems such as rising pressure difference,rising smoke exhaust temperature,decreasing heat transfer efficiency,and rising power consumption of fan operation cause great economic losses and security risks.In order to ensure the normal,stable and safe operation of the boiler under the condition of frequent and deep peak loading,it is urgent to prevent the blockage of the air preheater.As a new technology aimed at solving the ash blockage of rotary air preheater,air flow cutting anti-ash blocking technology is reformed inside the air preheater,so that part of the hot air is circulated to the cold end through the air duct,and the heat storage element at the cold end is heated,which can effectively prevent the condensation of dilute sulfuric acid and remove the effect of ammonium bisulphate.Combined with the application of practical projects,Through the analysis of the operation data,the resistance of the air preheater is reduced significantly and the power consumption of the three fans is reduced.Therefore,the technology not only solves the ash blocking problem of the current rotary air preheater,improves the stability and safety of the unit operation,but also improves the efficiency of the boiler,and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is remarkable.
