投资率及投资结构变动的国际比较研究

摘　　要：2012年以来,中国投资率已经出现逐渐下降趋势。从主要东亚经济体投资率变动的经验来看,中国投资率下降符合经济体发展的一般规律。从美国固定资产投资结构变动趋势来看,技术进步在投资结构变化中发挥了重要作用。伴随技术进步和产业结构升级,知识产权产品投资、高技术产业投资在投资中的重要性越来越高。居民消费升级和人口老龄化带动教育医疗等领域投资加快增长。新发展阶段,要促进投资增长转型,提升投资效率,增强投资对优化供给结构的关键作用。Starting in 2012,China’s invest⁃ment rate began a gradual downward trend.Judging from the experience of changes in investment rates in major East Asian economies,the decline in China’s investment rate is in line with the general pattern of economic development.From the trend of changes in fixed assets investment structure the United States,technological progress has played an important role in the changes investment composi⁃tion.Accompanied by technological progress and industrial structure upgrading,investment in intel⁃lectual property products and investment in high-tech industries have become increasingly important.The upgrading of consumption and the ageing of the population have led to accelerated growth in invest⁃ment in education and medical care.In the new stage of development,it is necessary to promote the transformation of investment growth,enhance in⁃vestment efficiency and continue to strengthen the key role of investment in optimizing the supply structure.
