摘 要:为了验证鸡新城疫、禽流感(H9亚型)、禽腺病毒病(Ⅰ群,4型)三联灭活疫苗对H9亚型禽流感、禽腺病毒(Ⅰ群,4型)流行毒株的免疫保护效果,采用三联灭活疫苗免疫3周龄SPF鸡,免疫后21 d采血测定禽流感H9亚型HI抗体效价,同时分别用H9亚型禽流感病毒YT株、HD株、CX株和DL株以及禽腺病毒(Ⅰ群,4型)QD株、NJ株、HA株和CZ株进行攻毒,观察疫苗对H9亚型禽流感及禽腺病毒(Ⅰ群,4型)流行毒株的免疫保护效果。结果显示,免疫组禽流感H9亚型HI抗体效价几何平均值为1∶676~1∶832,对照组试验鸡HI抗体均<1∶2;用H9亚型禽流感病毒YT株、HD株、CX株和DL株攻毒,对照组鸡9/10~10/10发病,免疫组鸡均9/10以上保护;用禽腺病毒(Ⅰ群,4型)QD株、NJ株、HA株和CZ株攻毒,对照组鸡9/10~10/10发病,免疫组鸡均10/10保护。表明新流腺三联灭活疫苗对2020-2022年分离的H9亚型禽流感病毒及禽腺病毒(Ⅰ群,4型)流行毒株感染具有良好的免疫保护效果。In order to verify the protective efficacy of Newcastle disease virus(NDV),avian influenza virus AIV(subtype H9)and fowl adenovirus(FAdV)(groupⅠ,serotype 4)inactivated vaccine against prevalent AIV(subtype H9)and FAdV(groupⅠ,serotype 4)strains,the triple inactivated vaccine was used to vaccinate specific pathogen-free chickens of 3-week-old.21 days after vaccination,the blood samples were collected and the HI antibody titer of AIV(subtype H9)was detected.After the blood samples were collected,the chickens were challenged with AIV(subtype H9)(YT strain,HD strain,CX strain and DL strain)and FAdV(groupⅠ,serotype 4)(QD strain,NJ strain,HA strain and CZ strain)respectively.A continuous observation of the inactivated vaccine efficacy was performed.The results showed that the geometric mean titer of HI antibodies of AIV(subtype H9)was 1∶676 to 1∶832 in immunized group,while below 1∶2 in control group;The challenge experiment revealed that more than 9/10 of vaccinated chickens were protected,but a morbidity ranged from 9/10 to 10/10 in the control group after challenge with AIV(subtype H9),and 10/10 of vaccinated chickens were protected,but a morbidity ranged from 9/10 to 10/10 in the control group after challenge with FAdV(groupⅠ,serotype 4).The test indicated that the triple inactivated vaccine had good protective efficacy against the prevalent AIV(subtype H9)and FAdV(groupⅠ,serotype 4)strains isolated from 2020 to 2022.
