摘  要:目的:探讨巴戟天多糖对大鼠骨质疏松的疗效。方法:通过将30只大鼠分为正常组、模型组和不同剂量的巴戟天多糖组,进行相关实验研究。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-6水平升高,骨小梁分离度增加,并且骨密度、骨钙、骨磷、ALP含量、废用残根骨体积分数、骨小梁厚度和数量、最大载荷、最大桡度、弹性载荷、刚性系数、CaBp-D9k和CaBp-D28k蛋白表达降低。与模型组相比,巴戟天多糖组的血清TNF-α、IL-6水平降低,骨小梁分离度减少,且骨密度、骨钙、骨磷、ALP含量、废用残根骨体积分数、骨小梁厚度和数量、最大载荷、最大桡度、弹性载荷、刚性系数、CaBp-D9k和CaBp-D28k蛋白表达增加。结论:巴戟天多糖能提高骨密度、骨钙、骨磷和ALP含量,抑制炎症因子分泌,增加CaBp-D9k蛋白表达,改善废用残根咀嚼功能,且对骨质疏松的改善具有积极作用。Objective:The study was to investigate effect of Morinda polysaccharide on osteoporosis in rats.Methods:30 rats were divided into normal group,model group and Morinda polysaccharide group with different doses to conduct relevant research.Results:Compared with the normal group,the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the model group were increased and the degree of bone trabecular separation increased.Compared with the normal group,bone mineral density bone calcium bone phosphorus ALP content bone volume fraction trabecularwidth and numbermaximum load maximum radiality elastic load stiffness coefficient CaBp-D9k and CaBp-D28k protein expression in the model group were decreased.Compared with the model group,the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the Morinda polysaccharide group were decreased,the separation degree of bone trabecula decreased.Compared with the model group,Bone mineral density bone calcium,bone phosphorus ALP content bone volume fraction trabecularwidth and numbermaximum load maximum radiality elastic load stiffness coefficient and protein expression of CaBp-D9k and CaBp-D28k in the Morinda polysaccharide group increased.Conclusion:Morinda polysaccharide can increase bone mineral density bone calcium bone phosphorus and ALP content inhibit secretion of inflammatory factors increase expression of CaBp-D9k protein improve the masticatory function of spent root stump and have positive effect on osteoporosis.
