腹部艾灸及红外线局部照射联合透明质酸钠治疗剖宫产术后患者子宫复旧不良

摘　　要：目的:探究腹部艾灸及红外线局部照射联合透明质酸钠促进剖宫产术后患者子宫复旧的价值。方法:以102例剖宫产患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组。对照组给予透明质酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予腹部艾灸及红外线局部照射治疗。统计两组患者盆腔粘连发生情况,观察患者手术前后粘连相关因子,比较两组切口愈合情况、子宫复旧情况。结果:观察组盆腔粘连发生率及严重程度均低于对照组。观察组术后FN(17.12±0.83)ng/ml、CIV(73.46±4.02)ng/ml、TGF-β1(1605.75±104.63)μg/L低于对照组的(17.56±0.91)ng/ml、(75.13±4.35)ng/ml、(1651.03±108.39)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组切口换药次数(11.09±2.54)次少于对照组(12.17±2.39)次,切口清洁时间(5.86±1.71)d、愈合时间(7.13±1.52)d短于对照组的(6.52±1.37)d、(8.75±1.68)d,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组阴道出血时间(29.13±3.68)d、首次月经恢复时间(27.18±3.57)d短于对照组的(31.74±3.92)d、(29.76±4.02)d,阴道出血量(431.09±46.15)ml少于对照组的(459.31±42.27)ml,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产产妇给予腹部艾灸及红外线局部照射联合透明质酸钠治疗,可抑制粘连相关因子释放,减轻腹腔粘连程度,并能促进切口愈合及子宫复旧。Objective:To explore value of abdomen moxibustion and infrared local irradiation combined with sodium hyaluronate on promoting uterine involution aftercesarean section.Methods:102 patients with cesarean section were selected as research subjects.They were divided into two groups by random numbertable method.The control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate while the observation group combined with abdomen moxibustion and infrared local irradiation on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of pelvic adhesions in the two groups was counted.The adhesion-related factors were observed before and aftersurgery.Theincision healing and uterine involution were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence rate and severity of pelvic adhesions in observation group were lowerthan those in the control group.The levels of FN(17.12±0.83)ng/ml,CIV(73.46±4.02)ng/ml and TGF-β1(1605.75±104.63)μg/L in the observation group aftersurgery were lowerthan the control group(17.56±0.91)ng/ml,(75.13±4.35)ng/ml,(1651.03±108.39)μg/L,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The numberof incision dressing changes in the observation group(11.09±2.54)times were less compared with(12.17±2.39)times in the control group,and the incision cleaning time and healing time with(5.86±1.71)d and(7.13±1.52)d were shorteRthan(6.52±1.37)d and(8.75±1.68)d in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding time and first menstrual recovery time with(29.13±3.68)d and(27.18±3.57)d in the observation group were shorteRcompared with(31.74±3.92)d and(29.76±4.02)d in the control group,and the amount of vaginal bleeding with(431.09±46.15)ml was less than(459.31±42.27)ml in control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdomen moxibustion and infrared local irradiation combined with sodium hyaluronate foRpuerperae undergoing cesarean section can inhibit releases of adhesion-related factors,relieve abdominal adhesion degree,and promote incision healing and
