摘　　要：形神一体是人的基本特征,内则为神,外则为形,形神相倚密不可分。形神的联系建立在五脏藏神的基础上,脏气平和、不盛不虚是神志安而不乱的根本。此外,五脏与六经表里沟通,生理相因,病理相传,六经经气疏调才能保证五脏之气畅达。然人的七情过激、饮食不节或过于烦劳,会直接导致六经气机逆乱,日久必内传脏腑致脏气不调,引起神志不安,发生各种精神情志疾病。郁证是其中之一,其症状特点不仅涉及“神伤”,更包括诸多“形坏”,是形神共病的典型。其发病机制复杂,常涉及五脏失调、六经紊乱,临床诊治十分棘手。故在其治疗中应突出整体观,从形神一体、五脏协同、六经一气三个层面总体把握,利用针刺内调脏腑、外通经络的特殊作用,主取五脏背俞穴,直调五脏之气,又能通太阳经,同时取少阳经之外关,阳明经之合谷,厥阴经之太冲,少阴经之神门,太阴经之三阴交等各经调气安神之穴,则五脏六经皆顾。考虑其兼证、变证繁多,根深难拔,辅以膻中、百会、丰隆,强化全方理气化痰安神之功,实现形神并调。诸穴相配而刺,可使五脏六经之气机条畅,形与神俱,郁证自愈。Form and spirit are basic characteristics of human beings,inner is God and outer is form,and the form spirit are inseparable.The connection between form and spirit is based on the five viscera and spirit is hidden,and calmness of the organ and absence of excess and deficiency are the fundamentals of peaceful and unrestrained divine will.In addition,the five organs and six channels communicate with each other,the physiology of pathology due to transmission of six channels to ensure the smooth flow of Qi of five organs.However,excessive emotions,pooRdiet oRoverwork will directly lead to reversal of six channels of Qi,which will inevitably be transmitted internally to internal organs and lead to disharmony of Qi of organs,thus causing disturbance of the mind and spirit and various mental and emotional diseases.Depression evidence is one of them,which symptoms are not only related to mental injury,but also include many manifestations of physical damage,which is typical of physical and mental co-morbidity.The pathogenesis is complex,often involving disorders of five viscera and six meridians,making clinical diagnosis and treatment very difficult.Therefore,its treatment holistic view should be emphasized,with overall grasp of the three levels of form and spirit,the synergy of the five viscera,and six meridians,using special role of acupuncture to internally regulate internal organs and externally open the meridians.
