摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)属于中医“痹证”范畴,目前称为“尪痹”“顽痹”的病因不外乎内外两个方面,外因为外感风、寒、湿等邪气,内因为素体虚弱、正气不足、肝脾肾虚。RA的病位在肝脾肾三脏,中医从肝脾肾出发,针对不同患者的证型,辨证论治,个性化治疗,在临床上取得良好疗效。现从中医脏腑辨证中肝脾肾三脏相关理论出发探讨RA发病的病因病机、治法治则、临床研究及基础研究。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)belongs to category of arthralgia in traditional Chinese medicine。Currently“obstinate arthralgia”and“obstinate arthralgia”were caused not only internal but also external.The external was to wind,cold,dampness and otheRevil factors,and internal to weakness of the body,deficiency of Qi and deficiency of Gan Pi Shen.RA is located in the three viscera of Gan Pi Shen.Starting from Gan Pi Shen,traditional Chinese medicine aims at syndrome types of different patients,treatment based on syndrome differentiation and personalized treatment,achieved betterclinical effect.Based on the theory Gan Pi Shen in TCM Zangfu syndrome differentiation,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment,clinical research and basic research of RA discussed.
