摘 要:目的:观察早期康复训练在重症病毒性脑炎(SVE)患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月至2023年2月该院收治的82例SVE患儿进行前瞻性研究,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组各41例。对照组予以常规康复训练,研究组予以早期康复训练,比较两组训练前后脑电生理情况、适应性行为[儿童适应行为评定量表(SAB)]评分、运动功能[简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)]评分。结果:训练后,两组脑电图、脑干诱发电位评分均高于训练前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组独立功能、认知功能及社会/自制等SAB评分均高于训练前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组上肢、下肢等FMA评分均高于训练前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复训练应用于SVE患儿中可改善脑电生理情况,提高患儿适应性及运动功能,其效果优于常规康复训练。Objective:To observe application effects of early rehabilitation training in children with severe viral encephalitis(SVE).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 children with SVE admitted to this hospital from February 2021 to February 2023.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,while the study group was given the early rehabilitation training.The brain electrophysiological conditions,the adaptive behavior[social adaptive behavior(SAB)]score,and the motor function[simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the training.Results:After the training,the scores of electroencephalogram and brainstem evoked potential in the two groups were higher than those before the training,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAB scores of independent function,cognitive function and social/self-control in the two groups were higher than those before the training,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the FMA scores of upper limbs and lower limbs in the two groups were higher than those before the training,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The early rehabilitation training in the children with SVE can improve the electrophysiological conditions,the adaptability and the motor function.Moreover,it is superior to the routine rehabilitation training.
