项目化运作下志愿服务助推台青社会融入的有效性研究

摘　　要：本文基于身份认同视角,运用社会工作方法,鼓励台湾地区青年参与厦门市X志愿服务项目来增进其社会融入。研究发现,台湾地区青年志愿服务参与动机可以分为三种——利他取向、社会支持取向与人力资本取向,并分别依循公益逻辑、互惠逻辑与成长逻辑三条逻辑链,参与动机的满足能够助推台青可持续化的志愿服务参与。本文以加入H志愿服务队伍的21名台青作为研究对象,通过志愿者招募、志愿服务参与类型需求评估、领袖培育、志愿服务参与、志愿者回馈来实现台青整体社会融入水平的提高。运用前后测比较,发现项目化运作下志愿服务能够有效助推台青全方位的社会融入,包括生活融入、心理融入、文化适应与社交融入四个维度。通过分析结论成因,本文发现,志愿服务项目化运作模式能够充分发挥台青的社会融入优势,规避融入阻碍,因此,项目化的志愿服务设计管理是一条比较合理的台青社会融入介入路径。Based on the identity perspective,this paper applies social work methods to enhance Taiwan Residents youth social integration through participating in X Voluntary Service Program in Xiamen.It is found that the motivations of Taiwan Residents youth volunteering can be categorized into three types,altruistic,social support,and human capital orientation,which follow the logic of public welfare,reciprocity,and growth.The sustainable participation of Taiwan Residents youth volunteering can be promoted by satisfying their motivations.In this paper,the H-volunteer team was used as research subjects to realize the improvement of the overall level social integration of Taiwan Residents youths.Using pre-and post-test comparisons,it was found that volunteering under the projectbased operation model can effectively promoting the all-round social integration of Taiwan Residents youth in four dimensions:life integration,psychological integration,cultural adaptation and social integration.This areicle finds that the project-based operation of voluntary services can give full play to the advantages of social integration of Taiwan Residents youth and circumvent the obstacles.Therefore the project-based design and management of voluntary services is a more reasonable path for the social integration intervention of Taiwan Residents youth.
