摘 要:目的公立医院行政后勤职能部门的质量改进、质量管理对提升医院整体服务效能,推动高质量发展具有重要作用。医院行后职能部门的质量管理要从建立质量改进组织架构、确定质量改进主要内容、制订质量改进的具体流程等方面着手,并保持和医院总体质量目标的一致性。通过质量改进活动建立完善医院质量管理档案,提升质量档案的利用效率,推动医院质量文化建设,确保医院管理质量和管理效能的不断提升。The quality improvement and quality management of the administrative logistics functional departments of public hospitals play an important role in improving the overall service efficiency of hospitals and promoting high-quality development.The quality management of the functional departments of the hospital should start from the establishment of the organizational structure of quality improvement,the determination of the main contents of quality improvement,and the formulation of the specific process of quality improvement,and keep the consistency with the overall quality goal of the hospital.Establish and improve hospital quality management files through quality improvement activities,improve the utilization efficiency of quality files,promote the construction of hospital quality culture,and ensure the continuous improvement of hospital management quality and management efficiency.
