标准化精细化管理对医院管理质量提升的评价

摘　　要：目的评价标准化精细化管理对医院管理质量的提升价值。方法选取2021年6月—2023年5月湖北省浠水县中医院的50名医护人员为研究对象,按不同管理方法分为对照组和研究组。2021年6月—2022年5月应用常规管理方案管理的50名医护人员为对照组,2022年6月—2023年5月应用标准化精细化管理方案管理的同一批50名医护人员为研究组,分析对医院管理质量的提升价值。结果两组医护人员综合水平评分对比,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组管理质量评分对比,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组医护人员对管理模式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化精细化管理对医院管理质量的提升具有显著价值,可提高医护人员综合水平,提升满意度。Objective To evaluate the value of standardized and refined management in improving hospital management quality.Methods A total of 50 medical staff in Xishui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hubei Province from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different management methods,they were divided into control group and study group.From June 2021 to May 2022,50 medical staff who were managed by the conventional management scheme were the control group,and from June 2022 to May 2023,the same bath of 50 medical staff who were managed by the standardized fine management scheme were the study group.The value of improving the quality of hospital management was analyzed.Results The comprehensive level score of the two groups was higher in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized and refined management has significant value in improving the quality of hospital management.It can improve the comprehensive level of medical staff and promote patient satisfaction.
