摘  要:目的探究医院工作应用激励化管理模式的效果。方法选择2021年7月—2023年8月滨州市中心医院600名在职工作人员为研究对象,根据时间不同记为管理前(2021年7月—2022年7月)和管理后(2022年8月—2023年8月),管理前执行常规管理模式,为对照组;管理后执行激励化管理模式,为观察组。对比两组工作人员工作质量评分、职业倦怠感评分以及职业生涯高原水平。结果观察组工作人员工作质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作人员在情绪耗竭、去人性化方面的评分低于对照组,个人成就感方面的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作人员的职业生涯高原水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规管理相比,医院工作应用激励化管理模式在改善工作质量、改善职业倦怠以及强化职业生涯高原水平方面效果更佳。Objective To explore the effect of applying incentive management model in hospital work.Methods Select 600 in-service staff members from Binzhou Central Hospital from July 2021 to August 2023 as the research subjects,and record them as pre management(July 2021 to July 2022)and post management(August 2022 to August 2023)according to different time periods.The routine management mode was implemented before management,which was the control group;The incentive management model was implemented for the observation group after management.Compared the work quality scores,occupational burnout scores,and career plateau levels between the two groups of staff.Results The work quality scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The staff in the observation group scored lower in terms of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization compared to the control group,and higher in terms of personal achievement compared to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The career plateau levels of the observation group staff was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing the management models of conventional management,the incentive management model is more effective in improving work quality,improving job burnout,and strengthening career plateau levels in hospital work.
