护理管理在减少病房院内感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究在减少病房院内感染中应用全面管理模式,并对其效果进行观察。方法选取2021年3月—2022年3月普宁华侨医院100名病房护理人员,根据随机数表法分为参照组和研究组,每组50名。参照组采用常规管理模式,研究组采用全面管理模式。观察两组护理质量(室内环境维持、消毒管理、医疗废物处置、无菌物品管理、检测评估)、环境消毒合格率及管理满意度。结果研究组护理质量评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组管理满意度和环境消毒合格率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在减少病房院内感染中采用全面管理模式,可以有效地减少病房院内感染的发生。Objective To explore the application of comprehensive management model in reducing nosocomial infections in wards and observe its effect.Methods A total of 100 ward nurses in Puning Overseas Chinese Hospital of the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into reference group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 people in each group.The reference group adopted the conventional management model,and the research group adopted the comprehensive management model.The quality of nursing(indoor environment maintenance,disinfection management,medical waste disposal,sterile goods management,testing and evaluation),the pass rate of environmental disinfection and management satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The score of nursing quality in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Management satisfaction and environmental disinfection qualification rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a comprehensive management model in reducing nosocomial infections in wards can effectively reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections in wards and is worthy of clinical adoption.
