摘　　要：目的研究PDCA模式下对医院基本公共卫生管理中的效果。方法选择2020年6月—2022年6月在峄城区疾病预防控制中心任职的31名医务人员为研究对象,以2021年6月作为时间分隔点,2020年6月—2021年6月期间行常规管理,2021年7月—2022年6月期间行PDCA模式管理,对比两种管理模式下医务人员管理质量评分、不同季度文书书写合格率、考核成绩和管理满意度。结果PDCA管理模式下,医务人员管理各项质量评分、文书书写合格率、考核成绩和管理满意度均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论PDCA管理模式应用于医院基本公共卫生管理中可起到积极效果,可有效提高医务人员管理质量评分、文书书写合格率、考核成绩,对医务人员管理满意度的提升同样有积极作用。Objective To study the effect of PDCA model on basic public health management in hospitals.Methods 31 medical personnel who worked in the Center of Disease Control and Prevention in Yicheng District from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the general management was conducted from June 2020 to June 2021,and PDCA mode management was conducted from July 2021 to June 2022.The score of medical staff management quality,the pass rate of writing documents in different quarters,assessment results and management satisfaction were compared under the two management modes.Results Under the PDCA management mode,the quality scores of medical staff management,the qualified rate of writing documents,the assessment results and management satisfaction were higher than those of conventional management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA management model in the basic public health management of hospitals can have a positive effect and can effectively improve the management quality score,document writing pass rate and assessment results of medical staff.It also has a positive effect on improving the satisfaction of medical staff management.
