人性化管理在中西医结合科护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：科学有效的护理模式可以充分保障医院护理综合水平。中西医结合科护理工作开展中充分融合人性化管理理念,基于实际状况制订完善、专业化的护理方案,可以有效提高护理质量,增强患者满意度。护理水平直接关系到医院护理能力,科学的护理干预可以有效提高治疗效果,减少住院时间。为提高护理综合质量,有效减少医患纠纷等问题,文章基于人性化管理角度对中西医结合科护理管理工作的应用进行了总结归纳,以供参考。Scientific and effective nursing model can fully guarantee the comprehensive level of hospital nursing.In the nursing work of the department of integrated Chinese and Western medicine,the humanized management concept is fully integrated,and the perfect and professional nursing plan is formulated based on the actual situation,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing and enhance the satisfaction of patients.It can be said that the nursing level is directly related to the nursing ability of the hospital,and scientific nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce the hospital stay.In this regard,in order to fundamentally improve the comprehensive quality of nursing and effectively reduce the problems such as doctor-patient disputes,the article summarizes the application of nursing management in the department of integrated Chinese and Western medicine based on the perspective of humanized management for reference.
