医疗器械消毒管理采用强化质量检测模式对消毒灭菌质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究医疗器械消毒应用强化质量检测管理模式的效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年6月淄博市妇幼保健院消毒供应中心在职工作人员14名和200件医疗器械为研究对象,根据时间不同计为管理前(2021年5月—2022年5月)和管理后(2022年6月—2023年6月),管理前执行传统检测模式,管理后执行强化质量检测模式,对比管理前后工作人员工作沉浸程度、工作质量以及器械消毒质量。结果管理后工作人员自身动力、专注当前任务、行动与意识融合、工作目标能随时间改变以及控制工作进度及任务等工作沉浸程度评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);管理后工作人员工作流程、工作效率、工作重点、工作技能等工作质量评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);管理后工作人员器械清洗合格、器械消毒合格、器械灭菌合格、器械包装合格、器械发放合格以及器械回收合格等器械消毒质量显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论医疗器械消毒中应用强化质量检测管理模式,在改善工作人员工作沉浸程度、提高工作质量、强化器械消毒质量等方面效果更加理想。Objective To explore the effect of strengthening quality inspection management mode in medical device disinfection.Methods From May 2021 to June 2023,14 in-service staff and 200 medical instruments in the Disinfection Supply Center of Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different times,they were recorded as before management(May 2021 to May 2022)and after management(June 2022 to June 2023).After the management,the enhanced quality detection mode was implemented,and the work immersion degree,work quality and instrument disinfection quality of the staff were compared before and after the management.Results After the management,the scores of work immersion such as self-motivation,focus on the current task,integration of action and consciousness,the ability to change work goals over time,and control work progress and tasks were significantly higher than those before the management(all P<0.05).After management,the scores of work quality such as workflow,work efficiency,work focus,and work skills of staff were significantly higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the management,the qualified instrument cleaning,instrument disinfection,instrument sterilization,instrument packaging,instrument distribution and instrument recycling of the staff were significantly higher than those before the management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intensive quality inspection management mode in medical device disinfection has a more ideal effect in improving staff's work immersion degree,enhancing work quality,and strengthening the disinfection quality of medical devices.
