摘  要:对于玻纤滤纸,通过降低孔径来提升对亚微米级颗粒物过滤效率的方法已难以满足日益提高的应用需求,通过改变滤纸表面荷电性能成为重要且可行的途径。以亚微米级玻璃棉为主要原料,通过湿法成型制备玻纤滤纸,并采用四种型号的硅烷偶联剂(KH792、KH550、KH560、KH570)对玻纤滤纸进行改性处理。对比分析了不同硅烷偶联剂处理前后玻纤滤纸孔径、抗张强度以及Zeta电位的变化,探究了不同硅烷偶联剂对玻纤滤纸水过滤性能的影响。结果表明:与KH550、KH560和KH570相比,经KH792处理后的玻纤滤纸具有最大的Zeta电位以及最佳的水过滤性能,对0.3μm颗粒的过滤效率超过98%,与未处理的玻纤滤纸相比,过滤效率提高了17.74%,为水过滤用高性能玻纤滤纸的研制提供了参考。For glass fiber filter paper,improving the filtration efficiency of submicron particles by reducing the pore size is difficult to meet the increasing application requirements.Changing the surface charge performance of the filter paper has become an important and feasible approach.In this work,the glass fiber filter paper was prepared by wet molding using submicron glass wool as raw material.Then,four types of silane coupling agents(KH792,KH550,KH560,KH570)were used to modify the glass fiber filter paper.The study comparatively analyzed the changes in pore size,tensile strength,and zeta potential of glass fiber filter paper before and after modification with various silane coupling agents.Furthermore,the research investigated the impact of different silane coupling agents on the water filtration performance of the glass fiber filter paper.The results show that,the glass fiber filter paper treated with KH792 has the highest Zeta potential and the best water filtration performance compared with KH550,KH560,and KH570.The filtration efficiency for particles of size 0.3 micrometers exceeds 98%,and compared with untreated filter paper,the filtration efficiency has been improved by 17.74%,it provides a reference for the development of high-performance glass fiber filter paper for water filtration.
