摘  要:综述了阻隔涂层在纸基包装材料中的应用现状。随着“以纸代塑”成为现今的一种趋势,为了给纸基材料提供防护性能,可以利用涂布工艺将阻隔涂层涂覆在纸张表面。这种涂层能够防止水分和油脂渗透到纸张中,得到防水防油性能更加良好的纸基涂层阻隔材料。分析比较了不同类型的阻隔材料性能的优劣,指出可持续发展的生物质基复合阻隔材料会是未来的发展方向,较高的可回收性和可降解性使其符合现代社会循环利用的要求。With the“paper instead of plastic”has become a trend nowadays,in order to provide protective properties for paper-based materials,the barrier coating is coated on the surface of the paper by the coating process,which can prevent moisture and grease from penetrating into the paper,and obtain a better waterproof and oil-proof paper-based coating barrier material.This paper reviews the application status of barrier coating in paper-based packaging materials,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different types of barrier materials,and points out that the sustainable development of biomass-based composite barrier materials will be the future development direction,and the high recyclability and degradability make it meet the requirements of modern society recycling.
