摘 要:当前对于造纸机电气传动自动化变频调速控制多采用脉宽调制方法,但此方法易受到转矩振荡因子的影响,使得控制波特率较低,控制效果较差。为此,提出造纸机电气传动自动化变频调速控制方法研究。根据造纸机电气传动系统的运行原理,求取系统的电压方程与磁链方程,并引入内矢量变换函数计算转矩振荡因子,通过将三相电压与磁链方程拟合构建系统数学模型,结合系统转矩峰值与负载率变化,确定变频调速范围,基于此,利用变频调速参考电压值计算变频调速频率,以此作为变频调速控制的关键参数,进而实现造纸机电气传动自动化变频调速控制。经过仿真实验结果表明,所提方法的控制波特率更高,对系统的变频调速控制效果更好。At present,pulse width modulation method is commonly used for frequency conversion speed control of paper machine electrical transmission automation,but this method is susceptible to the influence of torque oscillation factor,resulting in low control baud rate and poor control effect.Therefore,a study on the frequency conversion speed control method for paper machine electrical transmission automation is proposed.According to the operating principle of the electrical transmission system of a paper machine,the voltage equation and magnetic linkage equation of the system are obtained,and the internal vector transformation function is introduced to calculate the torque oscillation factor.A mathematical model of the system is constructed by fitting the three-phase voltage and magnetic linkage equation,and the range of variable frequency speed regulation is determined by combining the peak torque and load rate changes of the system.Based on this,the reference voltage value of variable frequency speed regulation is used to calculate the frequency of variable frequency speed regulation.This serves as a key parameter for variable frequency speed control,thereby achieving automatic variable frequency speed control of paper machine electrical transmission.The simulation results show that the proposed method has a higher control baud rate and better control effect on the system's variable frequency speed regulation.
