摘 要:中国造纸行业发展迅速,造纸车间数量与规模呈现逐渐增加的趋势,造纸设备数量与种类也随之增多,这为造纸车间供电调度提出了较高的要求,现有供电调度方案已经无法满足造纸车间的需求,故提出基于改进粒子群算法的造纸车间供电调度多目标优化方法研究。搭建造纸车间供电系统整体框架,以此为基础,合理分类造纸车间用电负荷,并深入分析用电负荷的特性,以造纸车间供电调度成本最小化、造纸车间电耗费用最低化为目标,构建供电调度多目标优化模型,利用改进粒子群算法求解构建模型,获取最佳的造纸车间供电调度多目标优化方案,执行方案即可实现供电调度的优化目标。实验数据显示:提出方法应用后造纸车间供电调度成本最小值为8.03万元/年,造纸车间电耗费用最小值为300万元/年,充分证实了提出方法应用性能较佳。The rapid development of China's papermaking industry has led to a gradual increase in the number and scale of papermaking workshops,as well as an increase in the number and types of papermaking equipment.This has put forward high requirements for power supply scheduling in papermaking workshops.Existing power supply scheduling schemes are no longer able to meet the needs of papermaking workshops.Therefore,a multi-objective optimization method for power supply scheduling in papermaking workshops based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.Build an overall framework for the power supply system of the paper workshop,based on which the electricity load of the paper workshop is reasonably classified and the characteristics of the electricity load are analyzed in depth.With the goal of minimizing the cost of power supply scheduling in the paper workshop and minimizing the electricity consumption cost in the paper workshop,a multi-objective optimization model for power supply scheduling is constructed.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the construction model and obtain the best multi-objective optimization plan for power supply scheduling in the paper workshop,implementing the plan can achieve the optimization goal of power supply scheduling.The experimental data shows that the minimum cost of power supply scheduling in the paper workshop after the application of the proposed method is 80300 yuan/year,and the minimum cost of electricity consumption in the paper workshop is 3 million yuan/year,fully confirming that the proposed method has better application performance.
