摘 要:为确保煤炭采制化系统无人为因素干扰、保证数据不落地,开发先进的无人煤质化验系统意义重大。介绍了无人煤质化验系统的工作条件、系统组成和工艺流程,并将其测得的发热量、硫分、碳氢氮元素含量、灰分、挥发分、水分数据与人工检测结果和标准值进行比对分析。结果表明:该无人煤质化验系统能够对煤炭的相关参数进行全自动检测,且检测结果符合国家相关标准的规定。In order to make sure that the coal sampling was free from human interference and ensure no storing of data in endpoints,the development of an advanced unmanned coal quality testing system was of great significance.The working condition,system composition and process flow of the unmanned coal quality testing system were introduced,and the measured heat,sulfur,carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen content,ash,volatile and moisture data were analyzed in comparison with the results of manual test.The results showed that the unmanned coal quality testing system was able to carry out fully automatic testing of relevant parameters of coal,and the test results complied with the provisions of the relevant national standards.
