摘  要:分析了干熄焦的余热情况,对比了高温高压与高温超高压再热机组的效率,得出干熄焦余热发电采用高温超高压再热技术可实现10.9%以上的收益增长率;探讨了单缸再热汽轮机的最小功率,从余热利用收益最大化的角度,提出新建干熄焦项目最小处理能力应大于129 t/h,且随着汽轮机技术的进步该值有望进一步降低。The waste heat utilization of coke dry quenching was analyzed.By comparing the efficiency of high temperature high pressure and high temperature ultra-high pressure reheat units,it was concluded that the use of high temperature ultra-high pressure reheat technology could achieve more than 10.9% of the benefits growth rate for coke dry quenching waste heat power generation,and the minimum power of the current mature single-cylinder reheat turbine was studied.From the perspective of maximizing the benefits of waste heat utilization,it was proposed that the minimum treatment capacity of the new coke dry quenching project should be greater than 129 t/h,and this value was expected to be further reduced with the advancement of steam turbine technology.
