摘　　要：分析了采用国内自主技术的第一套“50万t/a中低温煤焦油全馏分加氢制环烷基特种油品成套工业化装置”的构成、工艺流程特点、原料及产品方案,介绍了自试车成功到2022年的装置运行、各系列产品的生产和营销情况。装置的顺利投产表明:采用此技术可以利用中低温煤焦油生产出优质的环烷基特种油品。The first set of"500000 t/a packaged industrial plant of medium-low temperature coal tar full fraction hydrogenation to cycloalkyl special oil"using domestic independent technology was successfully tested in 2021.The composition,process characteristics,raw material and product scheme of the plant were analyzed,and the introduction was made on the information from successful trial run to plant operation,production of different product series and sales in 2022.The smooth production of the plant showed that the domestic technology with independent property rights could be used to produce high-quality cycloalkyl special oil products with medium-low temperature coal tar.
