摘 要:针对甲醇制烯烃(MTO)装置急冷水系统中催化剂含量较高、分离难度大,导致MTO装置水资源利用不充分的问题,以采用SHMTO技术的装置和采用DMTO技术的装置为例,进行了不同MTO工艺急冷水系统的设计方法和运行参数的对比,并对系统存在的催化剂堵塞管道和急冷塔压差变化波动等问题进行了分析和改造。结果表明:在反应再生系统催化剂跑损量相近的情况下,急冷塔顶设置旋流分离器和在急冷水循环管线上设置沸腾床过滤系统运行效果较好,能够实现MTO装置的长周期运行。The high catalyst content and difficult separation in the quench water system of methanol to olefin(MTO)unit lead to the insufficient utilization of water resources in the MTO unit.Taking SHMTO unit technology and DMTO unit technology as examples,the design methods and operating parameters of quench water systems of different MTO processes were compared,the problems of catalyst blocking the pipe and rising pressure difference fluctuation in the quench tower were analyzed,and the renovation was carried out.The results showed that,when the catalyst loss of the reaction regeneration system was similar,setting the cyclone separator on the top of the quench tower and the fluidized bed filtration system on the quench water circulating pipeline had good operating effects and could achieve the long-term operation of the MTO unit.
