摘  要:以成本和效率为调研对象,以PDCA循环和BP神经网络为研究方法,对设计的新维度指标(关键设备台数、主要管道根数、I/O点数、主要用电设备台数、主要建构筑物平米数等)、施工(土石方工程、混凝土、钢结构、设备安装、自控安装、电气安装、装饰工程、水暖安装工程等)的人、材、机等内容进行调研。通过对调研数据进行分类整理,构建数据模型,并对模型进行优化,初步实现了数据的查询和筛选,以及预测项目成本的功能,提升企业的精细化管理水平。Taking cost and efficiency as research objects,using PDCA cycle and BP neural network as research methods,investigations were made on the new dimensional indicators of design(number of key equipment,number of main pipelines,I/O points,number of main power consumers,area of main buildings and structures,etc.),and personnel,materials,machinery and other related content of construction(earthwork engineering,concrete,steel structure,equipment installation,instrumentation installation,electrical installation,decoration engineering,plumbing installation engineering,etc.).By classifying and organizing the research data,data models were constructed and optimized,thus preliminarily achieving the functions of querying and filtering data and predicting the project costs,improving the refinement level of business management.
