摘　　要：高校创新创业教育既是新时代人才强国战略的重要构成和潜在动力,亦是实现学生全面发展的必备环节。近年来,党和国家不断深化对于高校创新创业教育的认识,出台相关政策和指导意见,取得了重要成果。但目前国内高校创新创业教育仍然存在着理论认识不到位,创新创业与教育融合不足和“双创”教学体系不完善等问题,制约着“双创”教育培养目标的实现。对此,可参考借鉴国内外高校的先进经验,整合政府、社会和学校等各方资源,从理论与实践两方面着手,建立与培养目标相适应的教学体系,引领创新创业实践的高质量参与,为学生创新创业素养与能力的提升创造条件,打造创新创业教育升级版。Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is not only an important component and potential driving force of the strategy of strengthening nation throuogh human resource development in the new era,but also a necessary component to realize the all-round development of students.In recent years,the Party and the state have continuously deepened the understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,issued relevant policies and guidelines,and achieved important results.However,at present,there are still some problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in domestic colleges and universities,such as inadequate theoretical understanding,insufficient integration of innovation,entrepreneurship and education,and imperfect teaching system of entrepreneurship and innovation,which restrict the realization of the objectives of entrepreneurship and innovation education.In this regard,advanced experience of universities at home and abroad can be referred to,resources of the government,society and schools should be integrated,and a teaching system suitable for training objectives should be established from both theoretical and practical aspects,so as to bring high-quality participation in innovation and entrepreneurship practice,create conditions for the improvement of students'innovation and entrepreneurship literacy and ability,and create an upgraded version of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
