高教园区“双创”联盟高质量发展困境与应对——以苏州国际教育园众创联盟为例

摘　　要：高教园区“双创”联盟为高校整合社会资源,推进“双创”人才培养模式改革提供了重要平台,彰显了高教园区工作推进的问题意识和社会需求导向。然而高校“双创”教育功能相似引发的联盟自身“造血”功能不足的系统性问题,成为“十四五”期间高教园区“双创”联盟高质量发展的痛点。新时代,完善高教园区“双创”联盟的主体结构,推进资源优化整合,助力地方经济转型发展,是强化联盟引领协调功能,激发高校主体活力,系统推进多元主体协同创新,实现优化资源配置和生态重构的根本路径。The“Innovation and entrepreneurship”Alliance in Higher Education Parks provides an important platform for universities to integrate social resources and promote the reform of the“Innovation and entrepreneurship”talent training model,highlighting the problem awareness and social demand orientation in the promotion of higher education park work.However,the systemic problem of insufficient“hematopoietic”function of the alliance itself caused by the similar educational functions of“Innovation and entrepreneurship”in universities has become a pain point for the high-quality development of the“Innovation and entrepreneurship”alliance in higher education parks during the 14th Five Year Plan period.In the new era,improving the main structure of the“Innovation and entrepreneurship”alliance in higher education parks,promoting resource optimization and integration,and assisting local economic transformation and development are the fundamental paths to strengthen the leadership and coordination function of the alliance,stimulate the vitality of universities,systematically promote multi subject collaborative innovation,and achieve ecological reconstruction.
