基于大学产业学院的产教融合模式与项目实践研究——以中国电建集团-哈尔滨地铁BIM动画项目为例

摘　　要：应用型本科院校建立产业学院是进行产教融合的重要平台,通过产业学院平台进行项目式教学有效推动专业课程的实践教学改革。文章通过黑龙江财经学院文化创意产业学院承接哈尔滨地铁BIM动画项目的产教融合实施模式与实施路径的总结,进一步探讨项目式教学的新模式和实施方式,旨于建设有效的产教融合模式来带动专业课程改革。The establishment of an industrial college in application-oriented undergraduate colleges is an important platform for integrating industry and education.Project based teaching through the industrial college platform effectively promotes the practical teaching reform of professional courses.This paper summarizes the implementation mode and path of industry education integration in the Harbin Metro BIM Animation Project undertaken by the Cultural and Creative Industry College of Heilongjiang University of Finance and Economics,and further explores the new mode and implementation method of project based teaching,intended to build an effective real estate education integration model to drive professional curriculum reform.
