摘 要:新文科建设为高校外语教育改革发展提出了新目标、新要求,也创造了新条件、新机遇。外语学科要主动转变观念,提高政治站位,以服务国家发展战略为需求,转变人才培养目标,推进教育教学改革,探索学科内涵式发展。在当前形势下,培养讲好中国故事、传播中国声音的外语人才是高校外语教育的新使命,也是外语教育改革的新方向。然而传统外语教育以语言知识学习和语言技能培训为中心,忽视了外语对中国文化对外传播的决定性作用。对此,本文以新文科建设理念为指导,突出国际传播能力培养,从“融”和“跨”两个维度探索高校外语教育的改革路径。The new liberal arts construction has brought new goals and requirements and created new conditions and opportunities for foreign languages in colleges and universities.Therefore,foreign language discipline should take the initiative to change their thoughts,improve the political position,start from serving the national development strategy,change the goal of personnel training,promote the reform of education and teaching and explore the subject connotation development.Under the current situation,the cultivation of foreign language talents who can tell Chinese stories well and spread Chinese voices is the new mission of foreign language education in colleges and universities,as well as the new direction of foreign language education reform.However,traditional foreign language education focuses more on language knowledge learning and language skills training while ignoring the decisive role of foreign languages playing in spreading Chinese culture to the world.In this regard,under the guidance of the concept of new liberal arts construction,this paper highlights the cultivation of international communication ability and explores the reform path of foreign language education in colleges and universities from the two dimensions of“integration”and“transboundary”.
