复方丹参胶囊联合卡维地洛治疗重症心绞痛及对患者心功能的改善研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方丹参胶囊联合卡维地洛治疗重症心绞痛及对患者心功能的改善效果。方法方便选取2021年6月—2023年6月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院收治的82例重症心绞痛患者,按随机数表法分为观察组、对照组,各41例。对照组以卡维地洛治疗,观察组增加复方丹参胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标、冠脉血流指标等。结果观察组总有效率为92.68%,高于对照组的73.17%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.513,P=0.019)。治疗后,观察组左室射血分数、心出量高于对照组,舒张末期左心室内径、舒张末期左室容积低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者搏动指数、收缩期最大流速、舒张末期血流速度高于对照组,阻力指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论复方丹参胶囊联合卡维地洛治疗重症心绞痛疗效显著,可改善患者的心功能水平,提高患者的冠脉血流供应。Objective To study the effect of compound Danshen capsule combined with carvedilol in the treatment of severe angina pectoris and the improvement of cardiac function in patients.Methods 82 patients with severe angina pectoris admitted to Hongqi Hospital affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from June 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the method of randomized number table,each with 41 cases.The control group was treated with carvedilol,and the observation group was added with compound danshen capsule.Compared the clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes and coronary blood flow indexes of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than 73.17%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.513,P=0.019).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the end-diastolic left ventricular internal diameter and end-diastolic left ventricular volume were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the beat index,maximum systolic flow velocity,end-diastolic blood flow velocity of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the resistance index was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of compound Danshen capsule combined with carvedilol in the treatment of severe angina pectoris is remarkable,which can improve the level of cardiac function and coronary blood flow supply of patients.
