微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效及对患者肢体功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨在四肢骨折患者治疗中采取微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗对其肢体功能的影响。方法 回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年3月单县东大医院收治的97例四肢骨折患者的临床资料,根据治疗措施分为对照组(n=48,常规钢板固定治疗)与研究组(n=49,微创经皮锁定钢板治疗),对比两组治疗优良率、围手术期指标、肢体功能评分(Fugl-Meyer)、并发症发生率。结果研究组治疗优良率(95.92%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间为(66.13±6.71)min、骨折愈合时间为(18.56±1.67)d、住院时间为(8.34±1.14)d均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组Fugl-Meyer评分中上肢为(46.51±3.16)分、下肢为(27.26±2.54)分,较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为2.04%,较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在四肢骨折患者的治疗中采取微创经皮锁钉钢板治疗可减少并发症发生率,缩短恢复时间,改善肢体功能。Objective To explore the effect of taking minimally invasive percutaneous locking nail plate treatment in the treatment of patients with extremity fracture on their limb function.Methods The clinical data of 97 patients with limb fractures admitted to Shanxian Dongda Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were retrospectively selected,grouped according to the treatment measures,the control group(n=48,conventional plate fixation treatment)and the study group(n=49,minimally invasive percutaneous locking plate treatment),to compare the rate of treatment excellence,perioperative indexes,limb function scores(Fugl-Meyer),and the rate of complications between the two groups.Results The treatment excellence rate of the study group(95.92%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time(66.13±6.71)min,fracture healing time(18.56±1.67)d,and hospitalization time(8.34±1.14)d were shorter in the study group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer score in the study group,the upper limbs(46.51±3.16)points and lower limbs(27.26±2.54)points,which were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 2.04%,which was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous locking nail plate treatment in the treatment of patients with extremity fracture can reduce the complication rate,shorten the recovery time,and improve the limb function.
