锁定钛板治疗胫骨近端骨折的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的 研究锁定钛板治疗胫骨近端骨折的临床价值。方法 回顾性选取2020年1月—2022年12月成武县人民医院收治的96例胫骨近端骨折患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同将其分为研究组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予胫骨近端骨折患者给予非锁定支持钢板治疗;研究组给予胫骨近端骨折患者给予锁定钛板治疗。将两组胫骨近端骨折患者的平均出血量、手术时间、住院时间和治疗疗效进行对比分析。结果 研究组平均出血量、手术时间、住院时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗疗效为95.83%明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.019,P<0.05)。结论 采用锁定钛板治疗胫骨近端骨折能够有效的提升治疗疗效。Objective To study the clinical value of locking titanium plate in the treatment of proximal tibial fracture.Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with proximal tibial fracture admitted to Chengwu County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,48 cases in each group.The control group was given non-locking support plate treatment for proximal tibial fracture.In the study group,patients with proximal tibial fractures were treated with locking titanium plates.The average blood loss,operation time,hospital stay and therapeutic effect of patients with proximal tibial fracture were compared between the two groups.Results The average blood loss,operation time and hospital stay in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the study group was 95.83%which was higher than that of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.019,P<0.05).Conclusion Locking titanium plate can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of proximal tibial fracture.
