摘　　要：目的 回顾性分析腹内疝的临床和影像学特征,总结其多排螺旋CT(multidetector computed tomography, MDCT)表现。方法回顾性选取2015年6月—2023年10月东莞市厚街医院经手术证实的28例腹内疝患者的临床资料。结果 所有患者均行全腹MDCT检查,结果显示28例腹内疝患者中含1例小网膜疝,1例经升结肠系膜疝,1例Roux-en-y吻合后空肠-空肠吻合系膜缺损疝,1例Billroth Ⅱ式重建相关疝,24例粘连束带疝。结论 通过分析腹内疝的MDCT表现,可有助于指导腹内疝的早期诊断。Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical and imaging features of internal abdominal hernia and summarize its multidetector computed tomography(MDCT)performance.Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with surgically confirmed intra-abdominal hernia in Houjie Hospital from June 2015 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.Results All patients underwent whole-abdominal MDCT,which showed that 28 patients with intra-abdominal hernias contained 1 case of small omental hernia,1 case of trans-ascending colonic mesenteric hernia,1 case of jejunum-jejunum anastomotic mesenteric defect hernia after Roux-en-y anastomosis,1 case of BillrothⅡ-style reconstruction-related hernia,and 24 cases of adhesion-bundle hernia.Conclusion By analyzing the MDCT performance of internal abdominal hernia,it may help to guide the early diagnosis of internal abdominal hernia.
