滋肾育胎丸对早期先兆流产血清孕酮、β-HCG水平及局部免疫的调节机制探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨滋肾育胎丸在早期先兆流产中血清孕酮水平和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,β-HCG)水平以及局部免疫调节机制的作用。方法方便选取2021年2月—2022年11月高淳人民医院127例早期先兆流产患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组63例采用单独服用地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组64例采取地屈孕酮片+滋肾育胎丸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血清孕酮水平[雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、孕酮(progesterone,P)]、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平(human chorionic gonadotropin,β-HCG)以及免疫因子水平[免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin g,IgG)、白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)、γ干扰素(interferon-gamma,IFN-γ)]和治疗有效率。结果治疗前,两组患者血清孕酮和β-HCG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,观察组血清孕酮和β-HCG水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗前,两组患者免疫因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IgG和IL-10高于对照组,;IFN-γ低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率96.88%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.030,P<0.05)。结论滋肾育胎丸用于早期先兆流产患者中具有显著效果,可提高流产患者的孕酮水平和β-HCG水平,改善患者免疫因子水平。Objective To investigate the effects of Zishenyutai pill on serum progesterone level and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)level and local immune regulation mechanism in early threatened abortion.Methods A total of 127 patients with early threatened abortion admitted to Gaochun People's Hospital between February 2021 and November 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(63 cases)were treated with desdrogesterone tablets alone,and the observation group(64 cases)were treated with desdrogesterone tablets plus Zishenyutong pills.The serum progesterone levels[Estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)],human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and immune factor levels[immunoglobulin g(IgG)and interleukin-10(IL-10),interferon-gamma(IFN-γ)]before and after treatment,and treatment response were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum progesterone andβ-HCG levels between two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of progesterone andβ-HCG in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in immune factor levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IgG and IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,IFN-γwas significantly lower than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 96.88%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.030,P<0.05).Conclusion Zishenyutai pill has a remarkable effect in the patients with early threatened abortion,can increase the level of progesterone andβ-HCG,improve the level of immune factors in patients with abortion.
