和血明目片联合羟苯磺酸钙片治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果研讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨和血明目片联合羟苯磺酸钙片治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法 方便选取2020年5月—2023年5月无锡市第二人民医院收治的115例早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象;依据投掷硬币法分为参照组和研究组。参照组(57例)采用羟苯磺酸钙片治疗;研究组(58例)在参照组基础上,给予和血明目片治疗;比较两组的用药总有效率、眼底检查指标。结果 研究组总有效率(98.28%)高于参照组(85.96%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.040,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组眼底检查指标结果、血糖指标水平优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 和血明目片联合羟苯磺酸钙片治疗早期糖尿病视网膜病变,可以提升疗效、改善眼底检查指标以及血糖水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Hexue Mingmu Tablets combined with calcium dobesilate tablets in the treatment of early diabetic retinopathy.Methods 115 patients with early diabetic retinopathy in Wuxi Second People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the study subjects,they were divided into reference group and study group based on the coin tossing method.The reference group(57 cases)was treated with calcium dobesilate tablets,and the study group(58 cases)was treated with Hexue Mingmu tablets on the basis of the reference group.The total effective rate of medication and fundus examination indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of in the study group(98.28%)was higher than that of the reference group(85.96%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.040,P<0.05).After treatment,the results of the series of fundus examination indexes and the level of blood glucose indexes of the reference group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Hexue Mingmu Tablets combined with calcium dobesilate tablets to treat early diabetic retinopathy,it can improve the efficacy,improve the fundus examination index and blood glucose level.
