超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的应用效果评估

摘　　要：目的 研究分析青光眼合并白内障采用超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗的临床功效。方法 随机选取2022年1—12月于山东省枣庄市山亭区人民医院收治的80例青光眼合并白内障患者为研究对象,应用奇偶数划分为常规组与观察组,常规组(n=40)行小梁切除术治疗,观察组(n=40)在对照组基础上联合超声乳化治疗,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、眼部相关指标、治疗有效性等。结果 观察组术后并发症发生率为2.50%,低于常规组的15.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.01);术前两组眼部相关指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后观察组眼部相关指标优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效性92.50%,高于常规组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.577,P<0.05)。结论 超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障,具有良好治疗安全性及有效性,术后利于患者视力恢复。Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of glaucoma combined with cataract treated by ultrasonic emulsification combined with trabeculectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients with glaucoma combined with cataract admitted to Shanting District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City,Shandong Province from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into routine group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)with trabeculectomy treatment,and observation group(n=40)combined with phacoemulsification treatment on the basis of control group.The incidence of postoperative complications,eye-related indicators and treatment effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than that in the conventional group(15.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.914,P<0.01).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in eye related indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The eye related indexes in the observation group were better than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effectiveness of observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than that of conventional group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.577,P<0.05).ConclusionPhacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma combined with cataract has good safety and effectiveness,and is beneficial to the postoperative visual recovery of patients.
