摘　　要：随着腹腔镜技术的不断发展,不同的体位对腹腔镜下不同阶段肝切除术有着举足轻重的影响。本文综述了肝切除手术时所采用的常见体位,及该体位在手术中的优缺点和临床应用。通过综述和分析,可以了解当前腹腔镜下肝切除术所采用的体位对手术的影响,包括手术视野、出血控制、手术时间、术后恢复等方面。这将有助于外科医生选择适当的手术体位,以提高手术效果并减少潜在的困难,希望能够对临床实践中起到一定的指导作用。With the continuous development of laparoscopic technology,different positions have a pivotal influence on different stages of laparoscopic liver resection.This paper summarizes the common positions used in liver resection,and the advantages and disadvantages and clinical application of the position in the operation.Through the review and analysis,we can understand the impact of the current positions used in laparoscopic liver resection on the operation,including the surgical field,bleeding control,operation time,and postoperative recovery.This will help surgeons to choose the appropriate surgical position to improve the surgical effect and reduce the potential difficulties,and hopefully can play a guiding role in clinical practice.
