摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下高频电切术与内镜下黏膜切除术治疗结肠息肉的有效性和安全性。方法选取2020年6月—2023年6月成武县人民医院消化内科收治的60例结肠息肉患者,根据不同手术方式分为对照组(30例,接受内镜下高频电切术)和研究组(30例,接受内镜下黏膜切除术),评价手术疗效、手术相关指标及并发症情况。结果两组患者总完全切除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组一次性完全切出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.667,P<0.05)。结论两种术式总完全切出率近似,但镜下黏膜切除时在一次性完全切除、降低术中出血量,减少切口过深情况发生方面效果更为出色,手术安全性较高,具有积极临床使用价值。Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of endoscopic high-frequency electrodessication and endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of colonic polyps.Methods A total of 60 patients with colonic polyps admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Chengwu County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into the control group(30 cases,receiving endoscopic high-frequency electroresection)and the study group(30 cases,receiving endoscopic mucosal resection).The surgical efficacy,surgery-related indicators and complications were evaluated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total complete resection rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The one-time complete re⁃section rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.667,P<0.05).Conclusion The total complete excision rate of the two surgical procedures was similar,but the effect of one-time complete exci⁃sion,reduction of intraoperative bleeding,and reduction of the incision too deep occurred in the case of microscopic mucosal resection was more excellent,and the surgical safety was higher,which has a positive clinical use value.
